Transitional Assistance

      On behalf of the faculty, students and student council of Daegu American School, I want to extend a welcome to DAS. Transitioning into a new school is not always easy so we are offering you a hand to make your transition smooth and painless.

      Hopefully this page will provide information and assistance to you the new students moving to Daegu American School, Daegu Korea. To assist you in your move, we are offering you a helping hand.

      So if your scheduled to be moving to Daegu American School, please follow these steps and we will assist you in making your move a smooth transitions into our school.

• Send an e-mail to me the webmaster and I will get you in touch with a student of DAS that will try and answer any questions you may have.
• Visit our school web page and review our informational links. We are always updating our page with new pictures and event information that is currently under way.
• Fill out our student survey, so that we can match you up with a current student that has similar likes.
• Wait for a student from DAS to be in touch. Once they contact you, you can communicate back and forth and hopefully start to gain a sense of ownership in becoming a DAS Warrior.
• Finally, keep me abreast of any questions or concerns you might have regarding your upcoming move. I am the POC for this program and if I don't know the answer to your question, I will find someone that does.
